Parmesan cheese is of another type. It is not cheap as it has been stored for many months. This is an example of a tough type cheese. This is the reason why the use of Parmesan is generally only as a dressing in salads and spaghetti. Parmesan is known for its strong flavor. Originally, Parmesan cheese was made from buffalo milk. However, due to the lack of resources to feed and care for them, in addition to the rarity of the animal; today’s Parmesan cheese is also basically made from cow’s milk.
