If you want to know a little more about it, keep reading, because here we explain what the difference between MasterCard and Visa is.

MASTERCARD  Difference Between Visa and Master Card

It is an American multinational corporation, whose main office is in Harrison, New York.

The company was founded in 1966 with the aim of offering financial services. It is accepted around the world, although at the beginning it was Visa that had the highest preference internationally.

In terms of security, Master Card offers its “Secure Code” or security code that focuses on protecting customers who make purchases online.

Likewise, there are also differences regarding the charges that Master Card adds in relation to the charges that Visa adds; but due to the competition between the two, the difference is so small that it is not worth mentioning. In addition, in some cases it may vary, either depending on the country or the clients.

VISA

On the other hand, Visa is a corporation founded in 1970 in San Francisco, California. Like MasterCard, it offers financial services and the card is used as a payment system around the world.

In general, it can be said that it is slightly more accepted than MasterCard; although the interest rate is almost the same.

When it comes to security, Visa has its “Verified by Visa” or “Verified by Visa”; which, like the MasterCard security system, focuses on the protection of customers who make purchases online
