An argumentative essay can be written in 2 perspectives; that is, in agreement with the topic or in disagreement with the topic. The research you did before will help you decide your side.

An argumentative essay can be basically divided into 4 steps.

Introduction

Your introduction should contain background information and the importance of the topic. Then enter your thesis statement. In your thesis statement, clearly present your side of the issue and give reasons to justify your decision.

Body

How to finish an argumentative essay

Reaffirm the importance of your problem. Provide a brief summary of the essay. Do not introduce new points or arguments in the conclusion. In the final part of your conclusion, have your readers think about the consequences of your argument.
