When you fall asleep, dreaming is the only thing you need to be able to say during the day that you had a perfect night. When people dream it is because they are sound asleep and sleeping that way is beneficial for the body and mind. During this process, the brain organizes data; which causes that when people wake up they feel that their energy has been renewed.

When we dream we are not aware of the environment around us. Furthermore, one could say that dreams are not “rational”; since we do not control what happens in them. They are a species of metaphors related to the things that we live during the vigil.

FANTASY

Fantasies are the things that people imagine while they are awake. Each one more or less controls what happens in their fantasies. They can be conscious or come from the subconscious.

These are said to help people deal with difficult situations that arise in reality, but some researchers consider that these are not as positive as most believe and that in some cases they are symptoms of personality problems.
